The Way to Wellness

Starting your journey to Spiritual Wellness…

First read the promises and praise page to remind you who you are IN Christ and what your Authority means. Then review this page in prayer and take your authority IN Christ and start cleaning house!

This is a partial list to those struggles you may be experiencing. If you are wrestling with something not listed, add it to your list and then proceed to deal with it following the instructions below. Look over the list, ask yourself…”Do anyone of these keep you up at night, do they consume your thoughts, do they control your actions, are they destroying relationships?”

These are called Sin, strongholds, tormentors…Identify and confess or acknowledge your struggle. Then pray, repent, ask God for forgiveness for inviting, allowing or giving these power over you  and uninvited them by commanding it to leave in Jesus name. Authority is in the Name of Jesus, His  blood, & the Word of God.

Are you tired of them? Are you ready to be set free? You must BELIEVE like you never have before! You must identify the root issue. If you are unsure, pray and ask God to reveal it to you. Then confess them as sin, tear them down and claim God’s promises to you! 4P’s—

  1. Claim your POSITION in Christ. 2. Believe your PROMISES. 3. Embrace our POWER. 4. Fulfill your PURPOSE. **Each one of these can be connected to a person. You need to ask yourself if you need to forgive, or ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness is crucial in our healing and your ability to be free from the bondage each one of these brings.
